“God is moving all over the place! One of the most exciting developments is our addition of a Biblical counseling site on our Sherbrooke Campus. One of our staff is a trained Biblical counselor, and we finalized a partnership with “La Foundation du Counseling Biblique” this past fall. Most weeks, we have people from our community, and alumni from our bible school, coming to property to get biblical help with their marriages, with their sin issues, and with their personal struggles.

Another huge blessing has been the addition of a large group of young adult staff members from Québec. We’ve added 8 new people in the past two years, all in their 20’s.  All are committed to at least 2-3 years with us, and we are praying that they all decide to stay full time with us. Seeing young people step up in ministry and leadership never gets old. We love it.

I could go on, but I’ll stop here or this will feel like reading a book!”

“We cannot even express how much EVC GO has been a blessing to our ministry. Right now, you are the only church that has faithfully come year after year to support our ministry with more than just funds, but also with your time, energy, skills, and encouragement.  The faithfulness over years means so much to the Québec people, who often see partnerships and involvement form outside churches fade over time, especially when the rubber hits the road and the ministry gets tough.

Between the Work teams doing things like completing Phase 1 of our campsite last year, to the biblical counseling training for our core staff team from people like Jack, and many other projects, we feel loved, and blessed by your church.  We also greatly benefited from Clay’s experience as CEO to discuss vision and goals, and it is ALWAYS a blessing to have Kevin Chessher on our campus with a heart to serve us without putting any pressure in any way.

The funds and work hours you have invested have put roofs on camp housing where kids have heard the Gospel, bought necessary equipment to keep our ministry working, and supported the Gospel going out to kids and young adults each year.  As for resources and partnership - you’re already doing so much. More prayer is always welcome, and so is more finances, but if you did nothing new or nothing more, we would still be eternally indebted to you for your investment in the ministry here in Québec. Thank you so very much!  To God be all glory!”
