Pastor Jordan Edwards has felt a clear and personal call to ministry especially to church planting with a heart to see healthy, Christ-centered churches established for the long term. Throughout the planting journey, challenges have only reinforced God’s faithfulness, showing that adapting the strategy isn’t failure it’s often part of God’s greater process.

“Not everything has to go exactly as planned, as long as you can adapt easily. EVC’s generosity has been a huge help in the ministry that we do in Euless, because everything besides the gospel cost money; we are constantly trying to meet needs in our community, helping people put food on their tables for their kids, parents get diapers for their babies, materials to print info about who we are as a church, and even small things we don’t really think about. Without EVC’s generosity we won't be able to be in the community as much as we would like. For the future we would like to see more leaders equipped, and more people saved because of the church being the church representing God everywhere we go, and that comes by us being a consistent presence in our neighborhoods proclaiming Jesus and meeting needs."
